Portland's Cigar Scene
Portland's cigar map is split between restaurant cigar rooms, pub-style cigar bars, and tobacconists with smoking lounges. Downtown has El Gaucho, Rich's, and Kells, while the east side adds Broadway Cigar, Greater Trumps, Releaf, Cascade, and 82nd Avenue Tobacco & Pipe.
Oregon's cigar-bar rules make a few indoor smoking rooms possible, but each venue operates differently. Some are full-service bars or restaurants, some are cigar shops with seating, and some require a tobacco purchase or have limited hours. Check the current hours before planning around a specific lounge.
