Pittsburgh's Cigar Scene
Pittsburgh's cigar options range from downtown cigar-and-cocktail bars to neighborhood tobacconists with seating, private clubs, airport-area lounges, and large suburban shop-and-lounge formats. The strongest public cigar-bar cluster is downtown and the North Shore, while several of the area's larger humidors sit in Squirrel Hill, the South Hills, North Hills, Moon Township, Oakdale, and nearby Bridgeville.
Plan around venue type. Blend, BURN, The Blind Fox, Cigars International, Puffs'n'Stuff, Jernigan's, The Drawing Room, Cigarro, The Smoke Stack, The Bocce House, The Cigar Vault Oakdale, and Just The Tip are full lounge, bar, or club-style experiences. Leaf & Bean, Bloom, The Traditional, Allegheny Smokeworks, and Smoke Cigar Shop & Lounge are better treated as cigar shops with on-site smoking or lounge seating. Hours and membership rules vary, so check the venue before making a long drive.
